Hey Lola

Hey Lola began as a vibrant social pop-up in Odense, where we brought the heart of the Mediterranean lifestyle to Odense. Though the pop-up closed last summer, the Lola brand continues to thrive, with new product launches on the horizon.

Our mission with Hey Lola was to curate and share the best of Mediterranean culture—through premium conserves, artisanal drinks, sun, love, water and events.

PR and Social Events

From planning to execution, Take a Seat handled all aspects of the event production. We managed logistics, venue setup, and coordinated with Rezet to ensure the space aligned perfectly with the vision for the collaboration. Our team ensured that the event ran smoothly, from guest management to creating a space that allowed the collection to shine.

Brand Engagement

Our strategy wasn’t just about selling products—it was about creating an immersive experience. We curated a brand narrative that resonated with our target audience, positioning Hey Lola as a space that embodied the Mediterranean’s laid-back yet vibrant spirit. This strategic focus on storytelling ensured our brand left a lasting impression.

Community Building and Connections

Hey Lola became more than a retail space; it was a community hub. We hosted events and gatherings that brought people together, creating real, meaningful connections. By engaging our customers through food, culture, and shared experiences, we fostered a strong community.

The digital world? Sure, it reflects everything instantly, but real life doesn’t have a refresh button. You gotta show up where it actually happens.

Case

Take a Seat collaborated with B.93 and Pellador to plan a simple yet effective strategy for the pop-up event during Copenhagen Fashion Week. The goal was to highlight Pellador's clothing collection while reinforcing B.93's presence in both the fashion and football communities. Our focus was on creating an event that aligned with both brands' identities and connected them with their audiences.

Brand activation

The pop-up event was designed to bring the collaboration to life in a real, hands-on way. Hosted at Rezet in Jorcks Passage, the event allowed attendees to explore the collection, meet the people behind the brands, and connect with the story in a meaningful way. Every detail was designed to create a lasting connection between the brands and their audience.

For Livet

The "Frederiksberg Boldklub - For Livet" project is a collaborative effort between Frederiksberg Boldklub and the nursing home Ingeborggården, driven by "Take a Seat" to foster a stronger connection between the football club and the local community, particularly its older members.

Our goal is to expand the club's reach and impact by creating a space where people from different generations connect, not just on the playing field, but in life itself. This project is about more than just kicking a ball—it's about bringing to life the stories that define us at every stage of our lives, as parts of a greater whole.

Through "Frederiksberg Boldklub - For Life," we aspire to create a community where age differences are celebrated as a source of social capital, and where the power of sport as an integrative force in society is fully realized.

Strategy Development

We’re currently working with Frederiksberg Boldklub to evolve their strategy, helping transform them into more than just a football club. Through the "For Livet" project, our goal is to position the club as a cultural and social hub that connects people across generations.

Podcast: Generationernes Brevkasse

As part of this effort, we’ve initiated "Generationernes Brevkasse", a podcast that brings together children from the football club and elderly residents of Ingeborggården. The conversations range from lighthearted questions to deeper reflections on life, providing a unique space for dialogue between generations. The podcast plays a key role in fostering these connections and building the club’s new identity.

Events and Community Engagement

We're also in the process of developing and organizing events that further solidify these connections. Our aim is to create engaging opportunities for members and the wider community to come together, share experiences, and deepen the club’s role as a social and cultural meeting point.
